Torah Soft was founded in 1988 as the first company to produce Bible codes software for the general public. Since our initial Torah Search was first placed on the market, until the present time, Torah Soft software has been known to stand for quality - going beyond the simple level, to reach for learning, understanding, and intellectual and spiritual growth.

Torah Soft's CEO is Rabbi Dr. Yochanan Spielberg. Rabbi Spielberg comes to Torah Soft with a diverse background in science and education. Trained as an experimental physicist, he completed post-doctoral studies at Israel's famous Weizmann Institute of Science. His rabbinical training is from "Yeshiva and Kollel Knesset Beit Eliezer," a Jerusalem Rabbinical College steeped in the Lithuanian approach to talmudic studies. His ordination is from the Rosh HaYeshiva, Rabbi Yaakov Moshe Poupko and Jerusalem Rabbinical Judge, Rabbi Abraham Kofshitz. Torah Soft works on the principle that scientific discovery and religious inquiry both seek out the truth. On this rationalistic foundation we seek to build our understanding of the Bible codes phenomenon.

Our corporate headquarters is located in the historic Keneset Yisrael section of downtown Jerusalem. The more than 100 year old building housing our company is part of one of the first ten settlements built outside of the Old City walls of ancient Jerusalem.
