Known bugs and workarounds

Problem: Help system is not finished.
Solution: E-mail us with your questions. We'll try to help.

Problem: Program crashes sometimes.
Solution: The Beta version often crashes when a window is first opened, then closed, and then opened This problem has been corrected in the regular version. Restart the program. It will be ok.

Problem: Wizard only works with individual books from the Bible, not sections as a whole .
Solution: This is a problem in the beta release. It has been corrected in the regular version. Use the 'File->Open Book' command to get around this problem in the Beta.

Problem: The Help button in the Probability dialog box doesn't work.
Solution: This is a problem in the beta release. It has been corrected in the regular version. Click on Help from the main menu bar and search for Probability to find the appropriate Help screen.

Problem:I can't move to an unopened window by right-clicking and then choosing the window I want
Solution: This is a problem in the beta release. It has been corrected in the regular version. To get around the problem, first click on the desired Hebrew text window,use the View->Open New WIndow command to open the window you want, and then the right-click pop-up window will work.

Problem: The CD drive doesn't read the CD at all.
Solution: Some of the CD-R disks of the beta version were produced on lower quality media. If you experience this problem, contact us and we'll send you a new CD.

Problem: Hebrew characters in pop-up dictionary appear backwards in left-to-right order.
Solution: Some earlier beta CD's were shipped that work ok on English language versions of Windows but not on Hebrew enabled versions. This problem was subsequently corrected in later versions.

Problem: After installation, Hebrew characters appear in English and/or French.
Solution: Reboot your computer to finish installation of the Hebrew fonts.
